Short or long?

Should i cut my hair short ??? i need opinions!!!

    Long long long!! hahaha!!
    I haven't cut my hair in ages i tell you. Can't afford such luxury here. And even if i cut it here no garantee that it'll be what I want.
    And so I cut my fringe myself. with a blunt scissors. hahahaha!!
